Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Aimee Lewis Productions (ALP) for your production needs. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering high-quality work on every project. Below is our refund policy for services:

1. Project Initiation & Deposit - All projects require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit before work begins. The deposit covers initial project scope, projected producer time, and other administrative tasks necessary to start the project.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances: Cancellations: If the client cancels the project before work begins, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed, no refund will be issued for the work completed up to that point. Performance Issues: If the client is unsatisfied with the quality of work or deliverables, they are encouraged to communicate the issue within 7 days of receiving the materials. We will work with the client to address the concerns, revise the work, or find a suitable solution. If the issue is not resolved to the client’s satisfaction, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the producer.

3. Refund Process
Any request for a refund must be made in writing within 7 days of the cancellation or dissatisfaction. If a partial refund is deemed appropriate, it will be based on the amount of work completed, with consideration for time spent, production costs, expenses incurred, and project progress. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days of approval and returned to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds After Final Delivery
Once the final deliverables have been submitted and the client has approved the work, no refunds will be issued. We encourage thorough communication and feedback throughout the project to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

5. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies), we reserve the right to delay or reschedule the project. If the project cannot proceed due to such events, a prorated refund may be issued, considering work completed up until that point.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide clear direction and timely feedback during the project timeline. Delays in communication or changes to the project scope may result in additional charges or delays, and no refunds will be issued for such circumstances.
